This coffee comes to us from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico and is grown by the Tzeltal people, one of the main groups of Mayan people living in Mexico. The high altitude growing conditions make this coffee perfect to stand up to a higher roast temperature that brings out the rich flavors of this coffee.
